We hired Chelsea this past summer to capture both our engagement and our wedding photos. As two people who are so awkward in front of a camera she put as at ease from the very beginning. Her energy is so infectious, It was like hanging with a friend instead of posing for a photoshoot.
We wanted to be able to look at the photos from our wedding and not necessarily remember all the little details, but to remember the feelings of how full our hearts were that day. Chelsea captured this in its entirety. The photos are so warm and full of life, it's exactly what we had pictured without knowing it in the beginning. She also managed to wrangle my impossible family for group photos which is saying a lot.
If anyone is looking for a photographer, I would highly recommend Chelsea!! You can't go wrong :)

We had the pleasure of having Chelsea be the photographer for our wedding! Despite getting responses from other photographers, we waited for Chelsea to get back to us because we saw her skill and personality shine through on her website. Right from the start she was incredibly warm and professional- making two photo-awkward people feel comfortable in front of a camera and feel a sense of ease. Once we got our engagement photos back we knew we had made the right choice and were even more excited for her to capture our wedding. Her eye for a good shot is unmatched and the way she directed us (naturally) for a shot gave us some of the most incredible pictures we have ever had taken of us! Our wedding day photos look like they belong in magazines and we are so thankful Chelsea captured the process, small details and our loved ones that were able to attend. I would give 10 stars if I could- she is not only a fantastic photographer but also a fantastic business owner and the kindest human. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Chelsea to anyone and could not be more pleased with the gift of getting to re-live our wedding over and over again.

My wife and I had the wonderful experience of having Chelsea as our wedding photographer for our destination wedding in Playa del Carmen in Mexico. Chelsea met with us prior to our wedding planning to help us figure out key aspects on what is required for us to get the most out of the photography on the wedding day. She gave us a lot of good tips which ended up being really helpful.
When we arrived at the resort, Chelsea was eagerly and keenly out ready to scout locations before we even finished checking in! Her genuine dedication to her craft is greatly appreciated by my wife and me. The wedding day photography turned out amazingly as Chelsea was able to direct everyone effectively and got some amazing shots. There were even shots that we saw afterwards that we didn't even realize she managed to capture beautifully.
We love all our photos and videos that Chelsea prepared for us, as do all our friends and family members who have seen her work. Everyone has been raving about the photos and quite a few of my friends have ended up hiring Chelsea for other photography. Hiring Chelsea was the best decision we made for our wedding! As people who don't love being in front of the camera, Chelsea made my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout our time with her. She is so fun, creative, and easy to work with. Everyone at our wedding loved her energy and enthusiasm. Her vision and editing style made all our photos truly special and we are obsessed with the outcome.

Hiring Chelsea as our photographer may have been the best decision we made for our entire wedding. We knew that the pictures were important to us, so we looked for a photographer who had a style that we liked, but more importantly, who made us comfortable. We are *not* people who are naturally comfortable in front of a camera, so we were relieved when Chelsea made it so easy. There were no contrived poses or anything too formal - she talked to us, made us laugh, and was genuinely interested in making our wedding as amazing as she could. She was incredible on the day of our wedding, driving us to locations, riding up a chairlift, and scaling the side of a building with us to get the perfect shots. We could not be happier with our photos. They are the perfect representation of us and of our day. Every person I show the photos to is in shock of how beautiful they are, and several people have commented that they're the best wedding photos they've ever seen. They're unique, out of the box, fun, but still have all of the traditional elements of the wedding that we wanted to capture.
